Purchased online? A designated designer will be in touch with you shortly before we send your creation to print production. We don’t send anything to the printing palace unless the concept has been 100% approved by the client (that’s you!).
Peruse & purchase:
Once you’ve selected your superb stationary suite, it’s time to get designing. We’ll never send anything to print unless the design has been approved by the client. This is where the fun bit ensues.
Fall in love & lock it in:
Order confirmed? Your invoice will be en route. Once your invoice has been paid, one of our design aficionados will be designated to your project for start-to-finish personalisation.
Design and approval
Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your first design proof. We know it’s hard to bide the time, but good things come to those who wait.
Print Production
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be printed to perfection. If you’re hankering for a rush order, we’ll press pedal on the metal with your printing for a tack-on of $75. You’ll then receive your order within a swift 6 business days.
Count, wrap, pack.
We individually count, wrap, pack and send each order one-by-one to ensure no little details are missed. We can also spruce up each package with a few goodies if requested.
Voilà! You’re ready to roll out some glorious invites the OMP way.

Call-offs and cutoffs:
It’s important to us to keep things clear, calm and fair for you in the peak of your wedding planning. That’s why our returns policy is flexi and fool-proof for those last-minute bouts of indecision.
We offer a F-U-L-L refund to clients who have had a change of heart and haven’t received their first design proof just yet.
If you decide to cancel your request and we’ve sent you a design proof/s, a refund of 50% of the total order will be actioned to cover the designers time taken to begin.
Strictly no refunds or returns are available if the design proof has been signed off by the client, or the order has been approved and is in the making.
No order is sent to our printing palace unless the client has said I do to a final design proof from their assigned OMP designer.
